Damascus School - America250PA Keystone Classroom Initiative. The PA Commission for the U.S. Semiquincentennial (#America250PA) brought their storytelling and visitation program to Damascus Elementary School. Pennsylvania State Police joined elected officials, historical reenactors, local celebrities and mascots in visiting K-4th grade classrooms. Guests read from "K is for Keystone," a book written and illustrated by Pennsylvanians, and distributed America250PA gift bags that included the America250PA coloring book.
